Android comes with sharing features between Apps. This makes it easy to create new tasks with content from other apps.
How to use it
Creating Tasks from Text Selections
- Mark any text in (almost) any app to show the text edit menu
- Tap "SHARE" to display all apps that can receive and process text content:
- Now select our app to instantly create the new task in the Inbox.
Attention: Text sharing is available with version 4.9.51 and newer.
Creating Tasks from Gmail Attachments
Tap the attachment title (below the embedded preview) to display a full screen preview. Now tap the "..." menu in and select "Share" to display all apps that can receive and process the selected content.
Next select our app to create the new task in the Inbox.
Attention: Mail attachment sharing is available with version 4.9.51 and newer.
Creating Tasks from Outlook for Android Mail Attachments
Tap the arrow down next to any attachment to display all apps that can receive and process the selected content.
Now select our app and tap "JUST ONCE" or "ALWAYS" to create the new task in the Inbox.

Creating Tasks from Google Photos Images
Tap the Share icon (three small circles connected with 2 lines) in the Photos app to display all apps that can receive and process the selected content.
Next select our app to create the new task in the Inbox.
Creating Tasks from Files
Tap the Share icon (three small circles connected with 2 lines) in your File Manager app to display all apps that can receive and process the selected content.
Next select our app to create the new task in the Inbox.
Creating Tasks from Chrome Web Pages
Tap the "..." menu and select "Share..." in Chrome to display all apps that can receive and process the selected content.
Next select our app to create the new task in the Inbox.
Attention: Sharing from Chrome is available with version 4.9.51 and newer.
Works with many other apps
You can create tasks in our apps form any other app that supports sharing. Usually you either have a share icon (three small circles connected with two lines) or you can select "Share" from the "..." menu.
As soon as you see the app selection for sharing, follow the steps described in the section "Creating Tasks from Text Selection".
