Please make sure you enter your license key together with the email address you provided with your order. If you purchased your license through our web store this usually is your PayPal login or contact email address. Our license keys are generated based on your email address and check if key and email address match on registration.

If you purchased your license on the AppStore you will not get a serial key. Your license is pre-registered through the AppStore and you can only download updates from the same AppStore.

If you purchased your license on our web store and lost your license key, enter the email address from your order below. Usually this is your PayPal login or contact email address. We will resend your license key to this email address.
